The Stage2 Business Accelerator management team works with its member companies to develops a "36-Month Business Roadmap to Success." The roadmap is designed to help each organization transition to its next stage of growth. Essentially this roadmap is a listing of quarterly business tasks that need to be completed by the member company.

Examples of Individual tasks in each quarter could include:

  • Formally holding a Sales Pipeline meeting each Monday morning at 9am to determine the week's sales objectives,
  • The CEO learning how to read a Proforma statement
  • Hiring and training 2 sales people

Stage2 Business Accelerator management staff will provide resources and mentoring along with each company's Advisory Board to keep the member organization on track with these tasks, but it will be up to the member company to complete this roadmap and provide the Accelerator management team with a quarterly report card of its success.

The 36-Month Roadmap to Business Success will include business growth tasks derived by need in the following areas:
